1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Timey Wimey Solutions LLC and is reachable at buyboozenow.com and sellboozenow.com.
2. What the Site Is
The Site is a business-to-business information and contact service. Timey Wimey Solutions LLC provides launch and distribution support services to spirits brands, and takes inquiries from distributors, bars, restaurants and retailers.
TWS is not a wholesaler or distributor. TWS does not sell, ship, or distribute alcohol directly. Every sale of alcohol runs through a licensed distributor in the buyer's state. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell alcohol or a commitment by any distributor, brand or buyer.
3. Eligibility
The Site is for businesses and for individuals 21 years of age or older. It is not for consumers.
4. Brand Services
Services for brands are described on request and quoted per brand. They are provided only under a written fee agreement signed by Timey Wimey Solutions LLC. Nothing on the Site creates a service agreement, and TWS does not guarantee any number of placements, orders or revenue. Self-serve brand registration and online billing on the Site are no longer offered.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Use the Site to facilitate any unlicensed alcohol transaction
- Misrepresent their licensing status or business type
- Circumvent the age gate or access the Site on behalf of a minor
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy Site content or data
- Use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
6. Intellectual Property
TWS retains all rights to the Site, its design, and its content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TWS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT USE OF THE SITE WILL RESULT IN ANY BUSINESS OUTCOME.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nelson County, Kentucky.
10. Changes to Terms
TWS may change these Terms at any time by posting the update here. Continued use of the Site means you accept the change.
